Domesticated wild fungi

South Korea has farms producing Brown Matsutake mushrooms off of blocks like you would see for Shiitake !
They have been able to apply this technology to grow Boletus edulis, Chantrelles etc without a tree host ! Mycorrhizal mushrooms gone domesticated !
